The AEROTHAI ATM Center project is on schedule and the Independent Consulting Limited team is in Bangkok, Thailand to finalize the technical specifications and workforce plans. Independent Consulting contractors Kim Silander, Stig Lejon, Doug Churchill and Kevin Cooper are currently providing expertise in the project together with the SWEDAVIA team.

Kevin and Dougs responsibility is to review the deliverables and ensure that the finalized documents is in accordance with the consultant teams high quality standards. In addition they support the SWEDAVIA team in updating the workforce plan for AEROTHAI.

Since the system design for the ATM Center has been approved by AEROTHAI, Stig Lejon and Kim Silander focuses on updating the technical specifications for the new system. The intermediate draft of the technical specifications has been delivered to AEROTHAI and during August the team will primarily work on amendments based on AEROTHAI feedback.
